- Beijing General Real Estate Xinsheng Property Co., Ltd. was established to develop the first shantytown reconstruction project – Reconstruction of Xinzhuang Phase - II Shantytown.

- Beijing General Real Estate Lerong Property Co., Ltd. was established to develop the first resettlement housing project for shantytown reconstruction – Resettlement Housing Project for Shantytown Reconstruction in Lugouqiao.

- Beijing General Real Estate Anju Property Management Co., Ltd. was established, and reached a new level for its property management business.
- December
- We established General Real Estate Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd in Australia, starting our overseas business for real estate development.

- Beijing Zhongchang Fenghe Property Service and Management Co., Ltd. was established to provide property services for the affordable housing project for three key villages, expanding the business to property service field.

- Beijing General Real Estate Anju Development Co., Ltd. was established to construct and manage the affordable housing project for three key villages of Lugouqiao Township, Fengtai district. We took the first step towards agency development business.

- Beijing Zhongchang Heyuan Realty Co., Ltd. was established to undertake the first Class 1 land development project – Xinzhuang Project. We expanded business from Class 2 development to Class 1 land development.

- We donated the first relief fund for the 12/05 Wenchuan Earthquake” to the Red Cross Society of China Chengdu Branch.
