- In 2005, General Real Estate (Zhongzhu) funded to build Zhongzhu Hope Primary Schools in Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. The fund support has greatly improved the school buildings for local primary school students, and it brings warmth and hope to the children through continuous mutual aid and exchange.

- Public welfare donation
- On May 12, 2008, Wenchuan was hit by a huge earthquake, which resulted in obvious impact of the earthquake wave in Chengdu, and many houses collapsed. On May 13, the employees of Chengdu Branch under General Real Estate donated RMB 500,000 to Chengdu Red Cross to express their team's concerns to the victims.
