At 6:00pm on June 7th, 2018, the first Knowledge Management review meeting of General Real Estate ended successfully after signing the pre-scoring table of the last presenter. This review meeting was the third event for the knowledge exchange achievement review organised by General Real Estate and the Standard Construction Committee. The event lasted three day, with ten experts participating in three reviews involving ten topics.

At 9:00 – 17:30 on March 30th, 2018, China Green Building High Standard Forum 2018 – The Sixth Members’ Meeting of China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Housing was held at Hotel MoMc in Beijing.
The meeting was organised by China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Housing (the Alliance for Housing for short).

Ringing in the New Year with the 2017 – 2018 annual conference of Beijing General Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was held in No. 1 Meeting Room at 9:00am on January 12, 2018. All employees of Beijing region and members from Chengdu and Australian companies gathered together and had an unforgettable and joyful day.

Hongshanjun Project of General Real Estate supports the key project “Transformation of Shantytowns in the Old Town of Changxindian” of Beijing Municipality. Upon completion, it will resettle residents relocated for the transformation of shantytowns in the old town of Changxindian. The project covers a total land area of 15 hectares, a construction land area of 11.71 hectares, and a total architectural scale of about 300,000m² (of which the above-ground architectural scale is 245,880m²). There are 17 residential buildings on the land, accommodating 3,459 households in total. Hongshanjun Project was fully commenced in the beginning of November 2013, and completed and handed over by the end of June 2017.
