Ringing in the New Year with the 2017 – 2018 annual conference of Beijing General Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was held in No. 1 Meeting Room at 9:00am on January 12, 2018. All employees of Beijing region and members from Chengdu and Australian companies gathered together and had an unforgettable and joyful day.

The 2017 – 2018 annual working meeting was held in the morning, and it presented the exciting event about annual commendation for excellence awards. The leaders of the company granted awards to 12 winners, such as“Outstanding Middle-level Team”, “Outstanding Employees” and “Individual Awards”, and awarded certificates of honour and bonuses to each winner. At 15:30 the “New Journey for the New General Real Estate” celebratory party started thanks to the elaborate preparations of the company, with an exciting opening dance in the lobby at the first floor of the office area. The celebratory party had an exciting lucky draw, in addition to the high-quality performances given by departments. The excellent performances fully displayed the versatility of colleagues, and promoted better working relations. 

Later, a dinner party was held. When making a toast, Mr. Liu expressed his sincere thanks to all employees for their hard work and dedication over the past year, and their preparations for the working meeting and celebratory party as well as to their family members for their support. He also presented Mr. Liu with a small trophy to thank him for his contribution to the business development of the company. The atmosphere at the dinner reached a climax with the leaders singing together. 

The annual meeting was full of warmth and joy. All employees of General Real Estate were full of emotions when they raised their glasses and embraced each other. We should treasure our achievements resulting from the wisdom of all the employees of General Real Estate and the painstaking efforts of those who strive for more. We believe that General Real Estate will continue to develop with our concerted efforts, and we will be better in the future.
