At 9:00 – 17:30 on March 30th, 2018, China Green Building High Standard Forum 2018 – The Sixth Members’ Meeting of China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Housing was held at Hotel MoMc in Beijing. 

The meeting was organised by China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Housing (the Alliance for Housing for short). At 9:00am the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Association for Housing presented an address. Then, Zhang Lei, Executive Deputy Secretary General, made a report entitled Work Review for 2017 of the Alliance for Housing and Key Work in 2018. Later, the Alliance issued the plaques for the directors and members. We attended the site plaque issuing ceremony as one of the members. 

In the China Green Building High Standard Forum, Sun Kefang, Deputy Director of Housing Technical Committee of China Real Estate Association, delivered the speech Promoting All-round Development of Industrialised Decoration is the Absolute Principle for Realising Good Living. Based on a large number of data, investigations and researchers, he pointed out the disadvantages of current residential houses in China and the future orientation for good living. Jiang Zhongtian, Director of Beijing Demonstration Base of the Allaince for Housing, shared the topic Discussion on Technical Systems for Full Decoration Design based on Delivery of Finished Housing.  Some attendees delivered and shared special reports for their new technologies, new products and new processes, such as GBF Hollow

Floor System Boosting High Standard Green Buildiing, Innovative Practice and Development of Houses with Fabricated Steel Structure of Hongxiao Steel Structure, Industrialisation Research and Application of Vanke, Introduction on Technology of Fabricated Building with EVE Hollow Slab Shear Wall Structure, EPS Framework Sandwich Insulation Cast-in-situ Concrete System and Application of Innovative Technology of Sealant Systems for Fabricated Buildings etc. 

After the forum, the participants went to the Beijing (Experimental) Demonstration Base of the China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Housing for a field visit. Some colleagues from our investment department, operations and cost managementdepartments also attended the meeting. Xu Biao, General Manager Assistant and Chief Investment Manager of General Real Estate, on behalf of our company, accepted the membership plaque issued by the China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance for Housing.
