At 6:00pm on June 7th,2018, the first Knowledge Management review meeting of General Real Estate ended successfully after signing the pre-scoring table of the last presenter.This review meeting was the third event for the knowledge exchange achievement review organised by General Real Estate and the Standard Construction Committee. The event lasted three day, with ten experts participating in three reviews involving ten topics. 

The reviewed topics involved technology, development and management. Through review of the experts, 9 topics passed and got an estimated score, with the passing rate reaching 90%. The topic with the highest score is about the Complete Project Calculation with Financial Thinking prepared by Ai Pei from the Investment Department, with the estimated score of 86.7. Similar to this topic, the knowledge exchange achievements with high scores have the following merits: 

1. select topics that match our business needs, focus on fields related to the extension of traditional business and exploration of new businesses and propose, analyse and answer questions at the corporate position.

2. Carry out proper field surveys and investigations,provide true information and data for support, and verify the correctness and scientific nature of the topic theories. 

3. Take cases of our completed projects as require, analyse contents and views of the topic, and compare and analyse various indexes from multiple dimensions and levels.

4. Provide constructive suggestions and plans for subsequent work and project implementation from such aspects as work flow, work method and precautions. 

5. Ask for comments from relevant departments or experts during topic preparation. 

Since implementation, the knowledge exchange program has been highly supported by the leaders and colleagues, making a number of excellent knowledge achievements for the company. The review meeting for the knowledge exchange is the first platform for sharing ideas. The presenters have benefitted a lot from the in-depth communication and exchange between experts and presents, as well as delivery and receiving comprehensive comments and guidance on the knowledge exchange program. We sincerely hope to get more positive results and support from the leaders of the company at all levels.
