Hongshanjun Project of General Real Estate supports the key project“Transformation of Shantytowns in the Old Town of Changxindian” of Beijing Municipality. Upon completion, it will resettle residents relocated for the transformation of shantytowns in the old town of Changxindian. The project covers a total land area of 15 hectares, a construction land area of 11.71 hectares, and a total architectural scale of about 300,000m² (of which the above-ground architectural scale is 245,880m²). There are 17 residential buildings on the land, accommodating 3,459 households in total. Hongshanjun Project was fully commenced in the beginning of November 2013, and completed and handed over by the end of June 2017.

From June 30th to July 6th, 2017, the Property Department of General Real Estate handed over the keys to 887 new home owners, which lived up to their expectations. In order to make these new houses feel like home for the owners, the property staff carefully decorated the site for the hand-over of the houses with flowers, red carpets and welcome signs, etc.

      

After the hand-over of the houses, the Property Department of General Real Estate invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources into making the transition into the new homes as convenient as possible for the new owners. Throughout the seven days, the hand-over staff assisted each new home owner in a warm and friendly manner with any requests. The hand-over team made a proper plan for the venue and process concerning the hand-over of the houses. The information desk and property signing were in good order under instructions of the staff. The one-stop service greatly shortened the waiting time of the owners to go through formalities and was acknowledged by all owners.
